This project has a special place in our heart as this antique schoolhouse chair has been in the clients family for years. We took expert care when sanding the original wood and adding a fresh coat of stain to breathe new life into the antique! Next, we restored the legs of the chair to match its previous color - going off of a small area of paint still on one of the legs. We made sure not to make the blue color too opaque so the metal would appear more antique.
